What this document actually has to cover
Most privacy policies describe a flow of data from a person to a company. There is no such flow here, so this one describes two narrower things instead: what the app writes into its own storage on your device, and what happens if you choose to send us an email.
Everything beyond those two is a statement of absence, and the sections below say so plainly rather than leaving you to infer it.
What the app writes on your device
Android gives every app a private storage area that other apps cannot read. Mostovi keeps five kinds of thing there, and nothing else:
- Which boards you have finished — one flag per board, so the list knows where you stopped.
- The position you left a board in — the bridges currently drawn on an unfinished puzzle, so reopening it resumes rather than restarts.
- The undo history of the board you are on — the sequence of moves that lets the undo button walk backwards. It is discarded when you leave the board or reset it.
- How many hints you have used — a counter, because hints are rationed.
- Your settings — the interface language, Slovenian or English, and the handful of display choices the app offers.
All five are ordinary app data. They are included in a device backup only if you have Android's own backup switched on, in which case Google holds them under its own terms, encrypted, and we never see them. Uninstalling the app removes them from the handset.
What the app does not do
- No account, no sign-in, no profile. There is nothing to register and therefore no name, address, telephone number or email inside the app.
- No advertising and no advertising identifier. There is no ad SDK in the build, so nothing reads the Advertising ID and nothing builds an interest profile from your play.
- No analytics, no crash reporting, no remote configuration. No session is counted, no screen view is logged, no stack trace is sent.
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files. The app requests none of these permissions, and it opens no connection of its own at any point — the puzzle works with the handset in flight mode.
If any of that ever changes, it cannot change quietly — a new permission is visible in the Play listing, and the section at the foot of this page explains the order in which such a change would have to be published.
Worth saying out loud
The hint counter is the one number here that sounds like a verdict
Of the five things listed above, four are plainly mechanical. The fifth is not quite: a count of how many hints you needed reads, to most people, like a score on something other than the puzzle. It is the sort of figure that in other apps becomes a leaderboard, a nudge screen, or a segment in somebody's retention report.
It does none of that here. The counter exists so that the app knows how many hints are left to give. It is never transmitted, never compared with anyone else's, never used to decide which board you are shown next, and never turned into a message telling you how you are doing. If you reinstall the app it is gone, because it only ever lived on the handset.
The same goes for the undo history, which is a more detailed record than it looks — the order in which someone tries bridges says a good deal about how they think. It is held only long enough for the undo button to work, and then dropped.
Who the controller is, and for what
The data controller is AK Invest d.o.o., Vodovodna ulica 30C, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. The person responsible is Anita Kumrić. The General Data Protection Regulation requires a controller to be identified even where the processing is minimal, which is why the company appears here in full.
In practice that controllership covers one thing only: correspondence. The app itself does not process personal data on our behalf, because its data never reaches us. If you write to the address below, your message, your email address and whatever you choose to put in it do reach us, and from that moment the Regulation applies to them in the ordinary way.
Google Play is a separate matter, and a separate controller. Installing, updating, rating or paying for an app on the Play Store is a transaction between you and Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy, and it would happen in exactly the same way whoever had published the app.
If you write to us
Bug reports and questions go to most@fibagayrimenkul.store. We keep the exchange for as long as the matter is open and for a short period afterwards in case it reopens, then delete it; the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who take the trouble to write. You can ask for an exchange to be deleted sooner and it will be.
One consequence of the design is worth noting: there is no way for us to tie an email to anything you did in the app, because the app holds no identifier that could be matched to it. If you want us to understand a bug, describe the board and what you did — we cannot look it up.
Your rights, and who enforces them
Slovenia applies the General Data Protection Regulation together with the national Personal Data Protection Act — the Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov, ZVOP-2 — and the rights the two of them give you have a specific shape in a case like this one. The honest answer to each is short, so here they are one at a time, as they apply to the mailbox above, which is the only place we hold anything.
Ask what we hold and we will send you the correspondence under your address, with the dates. Ask for a copy and you receive the same thing in a form you can keep or hand to another provider. Ask for a correction and we amend what is wrong. Ask for erasure and the thread goes, unless we are in the middle of an open complaint, in which case we say so and when it will go. Ask us to restrict or to stop and we stop — there is no processing here that survives an objection, since the whole of it is answering letters.
These requests cost nothing, need no particular form of words, and are answered within one month. The one thing we cannot do is reach into your handset: the progress, the undo history and the hint counter are yours and ours to see only on the device, so a request about those is answered by you, with the app's reset control or by uninstalling it.
If our answer does not satisfy you, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner — Informacijski pooblaščenec — at ip-rs.si, and you are free to go to it directly without writing to us first. If you live in another EEA country, your own national authority is equally competent and may be easier to deal with in your language.
Children
Mostovi is a logic puzzle with no chat, no user-generated content, no links out and no purchases, and it is suitable for children for the simple reason that there is nothing in it to be exposed to. It collects no data from anybody, which includes anybody under sixteen, so no parental consent mechanism is needed and none is pretended.
When this page changes
One date sits beneath the title, and it is the date of the edition you are reading. A change of substance — anything collected, anything sent, any component added, any permission requested — is published here before the release that causes it leaves the Play Console, and the Data safety declaration is brought into line at the same time. A sentence rewritten for clarity is not a change of substance and brings nothing with it except a new date.
If you ever want to see what this page said before a revision, ask at the address above and we will send you the earlier text. Keeping the superseded wording is the only way the promise above can be checked by anyone other than us.
